Going to temple with hair wash means taking dharshan with complete body clean. With our routine our mind is in many ways filled with desire, rage and greed. As we don't have the ability to have clean and pure mind, atleast we go with complete clean body. Just like the clean body it is our pledge to the god to make our mind also clean and serene.
